Progress Village Apartments

The absolute best thing about these apartments, is leasing agent Kevin S. From the moment I went for my first tour, to receiving my keys, Kevin was a delight. He was outgoing, upbeat, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel like a bother. He is very much an asset to this property management, and I look forward to bumping into him again. As for the apartments- I’ve only been moved in a week, but I am enjoying the location, amenities, and apartment itself. Will update if that changes.

I have lived here for almost two years, and unfortunately the property has gone downhill. There have been multiple changes in property management and maintenance teams, and the quality has noticeably declined. A different type of clientele has moved in, and we now see more frequent visits from the Sheriff. There is often a strong smell of weed. Mold has become a major issue. The water is extremely hard, which contributes to mold buildup. I have submitted maintenance requests that weren’t addressed until the following day. Overall, the property has changed significantly in the past two years, and I plan to move elsewhere in a few months. The elevators stretches dirty and residents just do not seem to care about the property. Pros: - The apartments themselves are nice for the price. - Amen

I’ve been in touch with the team since January and living here since May, and honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The leasing team is super friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. I absolutely love my apartment it really feels like home. Big thanks to everyone for being so kind and professional!

Lived here for 8months and the staff were very nice and helpful. When there were issues in the apartment the maintenance came in a timely fashion. When the neighbor upstairs above us broke their bathtub and the water was leaking into our ceiling bathroom, maintenance came right away to fix it. Cons: the water smelled horrible like mold, and the people above us were always screaming arguing we can hear it all the time. They would be stomping around the apartment and waking us up.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin Succar at Progress Village Apartments! His service and hospitality were absolutely above and beyond. Kevin was professional, patient, and truly cared about making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in helping residents and goes the extra mile the way he does. Definitely deserves recognition—thank you, Kevin!
