ProForm has remodeled two floors of our 100 year old home within the last four years. The first project was to finish out our basement level to make more living space, adding a bathroom and kitchenette. This project included earthquake retrofitting, the safe removal of asbestos and lead, and the removal of a central chimney. The work completed by the ProForm team was exactly what we needed and they were so respectful of our space and time, especially as our family (toddler and dog included) remained in the house throughout this project. The removal of the chimney was tricky as it impacted spaces on the other two floors but the team did an amazing job protecting and finishing out the areas so there was very little impact to our family life. Our proform team and their contractors did a great job on our remodeling project. Their attention to detail and quality was great and they were worked with our designers to provide good solutions to problems as they came up with little effort needed on our side. The project ended up taking considerably longer than planned due to some unforeseen structural issues, but the team found solutions and were not the bottleneck in the process. They have excellent communication and provided updates through the builder trend app consistently throughout the project. Project management and billing were also very clear and well organized.

Our Proform team was exceptional. Their experience and skill were perfectly matched with excellent communication, cooperation, and kindness. From the first meeting with owner Joey Fentress, to working with Jasun, Jeremy, Alex (the most super superintendent!), and our awesome carpenters Troy, Dillon, Jimmy, and Will, not a day went by that our needs were not thoroughly met. ProForm just finished as General Contractor on our 2450 sq ft remodel + 650 sq ft addition. We had a great experience overall and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Doing a house reno is frustrating, confusing, and time consuming. Proform took all of the worries out of this full process for us, and staffed a team that is highly competent, respectful, and so great to work with. Our renovation took around 7-8 months end to end. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs. The house is crazy and they were always respectful and cognizant to ensure to enclose areas from dust, fumes, and easy escapes by the dogs. It took us over a year to finally commit to the process, as I was worried about how much time it would take out of having 2 full time working parents.
