Not only was he able to find us a mortgage rate much lower than the 3 other quotes we received, but he was very responsive to our texts and emails. He also readily answered any questions we had and was able to explain the complications of a mortgage to us. All-around great experience.

Tim has helped me with 3 mortgages, one home equity loan, and one refinance in the past 20 years. The first was probably the most difficult as I was newly separated and several companies turned me down instantly. Not Tim. He found a great loan for me, using a family member to co-sign.
