Very thorough, and knows all of the industry contacts for repairs done right. Scheduling was easy and service prompt. Report was easy to understand with embedded drone video and pics.

First time using Crepps and it was great! They started early and finished early. They were very thorough and inspected every inch they could get to in our ‘new’ old 1898 home we are under contract for, whether hands on or via drone. From the chimney tops to the dirt in the crawl space…nothing escaped their frank, honest assessment. We added on Termite & Radon to speed things along. Love all the added services available. This was money well spent for peace of mind. Yes there are some repairs needed, it’s 100yrs old after all, but she’s held up quite well considering. We feel we got a quality, honest assessment for our money. Highly recommend.
