Professional is a very ironic name because they are not professional at all. Very rude and incompetent. I would give zero stars if I could. I called Friday morning about this leak and they gave me the run around all day. Nobody is coming out till Monday because they don't consider this an emergency. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY! Worst property management ever!! Particularly Stacy and Allen Perry in the office. Thanks for making my weekend a nightmare!

Have been dealing with PCM for a long time, with rather good results. But today things have seem to have changed. It’s now “OK” to leave your yard completely covered in Live Oak leaves and let them blow all over the neighborhood! It’s now considered an Act of God and you don’t need to rake and bag the leaves up in a timely manner. Just let the leaves pile up and blow all over your neighbors lawns, so the neighbors can clean them up! Nice! Thanks for your help and consideration!!!!! Get the leaves cleaned up and I will take down this Google Review! 🙁🙁🙁🙁

This is the most uncaring, unprofessional company I've EVER had to work with. They give out false information or no information to help an HOA board succeed. Payments are lost. Documents are not updated. ARC rules are not being enforced in our neighborhood. There is a lackadazical attitude about the PROPERTY MANAGER. 5 violations were handed out after an inspection by the manager. Residents went around and found at least 7 more. Trashcan, yards, bushes above windows etc. Violations are inconsistent in the way they are handed out. It is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT HIRE.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Lighting money on fire would be better than giving it to PCM. At least you get heat from the fire.
