Procom is the property management company for Saxony Square in Upper Marlboro, MD. Our former property manager was great. Our 2024/2025 Board was pretty good as well. Ever since the Board switched hands and we began working with Savannah, things have been operating poorly. I tried my best giving the HOA and the PM the benefit of the doubt when managing the clean up after the recent snow storm. I've been through worse in the DMV, and the way this was managed was the worst. Snow that turned over to ice was pushed up against driveways, leaving people to undo that mess for 2 hours or more. I returned home on Friday from work only to find that the company contracted to clean up, dumped ice in my yard and on the sidewalk. I am livid.
