PRO-manage Property Management

There simply is not a better property management company in Eastern Idaho than PRO-manage! They are fair and responsive to tenants concerns. Our complex is well maintained. Others must like it too because I have the best neighbors I have ever had. The term "Highly recommend" doesn't adequately communicate how pleased I am with their service.

My family will ONLY rent from PROmanage. And they are the only property management company I will recommend to anyone. First and foremost, they have a professional , compassionate, and courteous staff that addresses all of our needs in a timely manner. Compare their property listings to other property management companies, they work properties you and your family will feel safe renting (completely opposite of slum lords). They do not participate in the application fee scam.

pro-manage are the best management company I've dealt with. They help come up with solutions quickly to your concerns and are very easy to get in contact with. My experience with them has been a great one. I would recommend them 100%

Renting from PRO-manage is the best experience since moving to Idaho. The apts are VERY well maintained and cared for. The maintenance crew is excellent and they see to it that things are taken care of asap. Your not put on a "back burner" and left to wait for a repair. No matter how small the problem may be, it is important to PRO-manage because EVERYONE at PRO actually CARE that you live in a comfortable, safe, quality home. I have experienced 2 other property management companies in the 7 years I have lived here, one was eh, but the property wasn't maintained as it should/could have been, and the property owner changed management companies 3 times in the 3.5 years we lived there, and raised the rent each time smh, and 2nd one was even worse! a complete nightmare!
