Warranty has been responsive and accommodating. Even walking us through some homeowner maintenance items we weren’t aware of before. We had a great experience with this builder. The whole process was super easy and exciting, and we were able to get our home completed in about 3 months. We loved being able to pick everything ourselves, lot, colors etc and see the house come together step by step. It was really nice to watch the progress and feel involved throughout. I bought my new home recently and I couldn’t be happier. The process was so easy and everything went smoothly. The first time I met our agent Raul at one of the open houses, he was nothing but professional and friendly. Once we went under contract and they started building, we were getting the keys handed over before we knew it. We recently purchased a new construction home at Grand Ridge Estates in Grandview, Washington and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. From the beginning, communication and oversight were lacking. At no point during the building process did we have a meeting with a project manager or site supervisor. When we moved in, the gas had never been turned on. The primary toilet was constantly running, and after waiting over a week with no plumber scheduled, I had to repair it myself. The dishwasher was not connected to the water supply, and I unknowingly ran several cycles without water until discovering the issue.
