A last minute hiccup with AC at the house I was buying necessitated a repair. Realtors got on that with seller. John at ProLand stayed way past our closing time, the minor maintenance issue was taken care of, and I as able to close. It was very easy, and John explained everything thoroughly. Great job!

As a realtor, sometimes you can’t be at a closing. It’s nice to have someone like John Magness who can take care of my clients if I can’t be there. Thank you John for always going above and beyond with the clients who choose to close with you.

Let me start this review off by saying I own and operate hundreds of properties in a dozen states and have worked with probably 20-30 difference title companies over the past decade. Proland Title is, hands down, the most incompetent title company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. We began working with them on a small property that had a 30-day close and they did not even begin processing the file for 3 weeks. When we asked them what is going on and for an update or docs so we can all sign, they had the audacity to get mad at us because we were frustrated that the file had been neglected. We ended up closing in 60 days because of their pure incompetence and on top of that took 4 days to record the deed after we closed even though they electronically recorded it. Not sure whe

I had an excellent experience. The person who assisted me was extremely helpful & walked me through exactly what I needed to do to save $50 which was very easy for me. I highly recommend this title company.
