PRM Association Management

I have been working with and a part of a community that PRM has managed for more than a decade. Paul, Sue, Olivia, and all of their staff have always been accommodating, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. They have been leaps and bounds better than the prior company our association had a management contract with. Having dealt with some of my neighbors and how they treat me (as a neighbor) I can only imagine the abuse PRM and their staff receive from upset people who don’t get their way. It can even be seen within other reviews here, people just aren’t happy when they don’t get their way. We love PRM and I would highly recommend them to any other association needing management.

They are the worst company that we've ever had to deal with. They take people's money and don't justify what they're doing with the funds. They were responsible for updating fly traps in our neighborhood through the city and never contacted them over 2 years. They have connections with a landscapers and other companies that come to maintain the company so it suggests they're getting kickbacks as they know these people. They're employing to come service these communities. Overall, the communities are getting screwed while they're lining their pockets

I had to give them 1 star because there is no option for 0 star review. Everybody in their office were the rudest people I've ever come across. They are unprofessional and acting like crooks and that they are doing you a favor. Olivia, the office manager were just as rude as her staff! Please stay away from this company if you can. I had to deal with them because I just bought a house this HOA company took over the previous one. I used to love my house but after this experience, I don't even want to stay here when this company manage our subdivision.

We have had PRM for several months now and I am so pleased. PRM manages with a level of professionalism that our HOA has not experienced ever before. They stepped into a mess when we hired them and they have not missed a beat, great communication and they go above and beyond. When we were looking for a new management company they were highly recommended and now I know why.

I work in the property management industry so I know how frustrating things can be. However, in my WHOLE life I have never encounter such terrible customer service as I have from Sue. She and her husband own PMR. I have always believed in the "kill them with kindness" approach, you never know what kind of day someone is having. I have spoke with Sue 3 times and each time she has brought me to tears. She is rude, abrasive, aggressive and beyond unhelpful. She starts the every conversation with an attitude like I've never experienced. By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have every had with any type of business. I have never in my life felt the need to write a negative review but this is beyond necessary. I would ask to speak to her supervisor but her and her husband are the top of the lin
