Buyer beware!! Never buy a Clifton Cole Pristine Property!! Bought a Pristine Property. A Clifton Cole special... nothing but lies and problems. It was a flip done by Clifton himself. I have had numerous problems, including siding with no plywood underneath, siding buckling due to rotting plywood that was never replaced from original home. Stonework falling off the front of the house. Wood staircase separating where it meets the floor. Roof leaks due to poor construction. Roof line pitched back toward the home ( still not sure how I am going to fix this one??) These are just a few of the costly repairs... the worst part is this guy never answers a phone call!! Purchased a home from Pristine Properies in 2013 and learned their work is like “putting lipstick on a pig.” Does it look nice at the time? Yes. Is it quality work? Not in the slightest. Since purchasing, all the flooring has needed to be replaced due to improper installation (chipping, buckling, moving), which voids the lifetime warranty. We’ve had various leaks that needed repairs due to cutting corners. There were decades of yard waste left behind that they had cut down and dumped (at the time of purchase it was a brutal winter with feet of snow, so yard wasn’t clearly visible). All the siding needed replacement/repair. The siding was never fastened correctly, just stuck on in hopes of holding, so it constantly fell off until we had a professional assess the issue. J must be Pristine reviewing themselves! Thanks for not insulating. The heater runs continuous during this 2024 Christmas season cold. The cheap Anderson windows are extremely drafty. If these guys are still in business, there's something wrong with this country.

I wish I could give no star what so ever. Bought a house 3 years and now I see there is no insulation in 1st floor. 2 story has cardboard like plywood floor that can cave in under carpet . The bathroom tiles were glued with the a dot of grout. Part Bathroom floor tiles has no plywood underneath. The whole house has no insulation. How did these contractors pass inspections???? What is the county doing about this ? And how can the consumer get money to fix these problems. Is there a district attorney handling this in Suffolk county ???

Clifton Cole is a straight up dirt bag. He is unbelievably unprofessional and was incredibly rude and obnoxious to me via text. I called him to let him know he should be more professional if he wants to sell a house and he told " hunny, I am the owner hunny, do not come to this property, get it through your head." Good thing all my calls are recorded to expose this dirt bag. Don't ever work with this company!
