I applied for a unit here and immediately felt discriminated against. I never heard of any rental property not accepting bank statements as proof of income and i’ve never had any problem providing those while being a business owner as long as I showed ownership, which I did. They then asked for tax forms, but when i provided tax forms for my other source of income they then wanted check stubs. They never called references to verify our awesome rental history but denied us. They also say they accept offer letters, but only with a pay stub and not bank statements that would actually show income before starting a new job. I tried for weeks to contact Mosaic of Auburn Hills just to view a unit—calls went unanswered. The only reason I finally heard back was because I paid an application fee. The property manager, Chelsea, said she was “extremely busy” and brushed off doing a walkthrough, instead telling me she’d leave the unit unlocked so I could tour it myself and just let her know when I was done. Huge red flag. After viewing the unit, I asked for a slightly later move-in date and was immediately rejected with a take-it-or-leave-it deadline. No discussion, no flexibility. I then asked a reasonable question about EV charging—specifically whether I could pay out of pocket to upgrade an outlet using their approved electrician. Not a tenant but tried to contact the property management company to find out about availability as well as contacted “Stacy”…. never returned one email or phone call. If they cant answer a potential tenant I cant imagine if you lived there you woukd get much communication

Been living in one of Pristine's properties for about 3 years now and this is the best leasing company I've dealt with, EVER! They are always on top of things like maintenance tickets or snow removal. They always respond really quick, are available during business hours and have been super respectful in all my dealings. They do a great job with the upkeep of their properties and go out of their way to help with any issues.

We lived in the Lakeside Luxury townhomes for about 2.5 years and absolutely loved it. The properties are beautiful and the maintenance was the best experience I have ever had while renting. If I had to put in a work order, it was completed extremely fast (typically the next day!). Elizabeth and Stacy are very easy to get in touch with and they made our move out process easy. Highly recommend Pristine Properties!
