Professional, efficient, and thorough is the experience I had with Pristine. The inspection and the reported findings provided me with confidence to purchase an apartment in a 60 year old building with a 30 year old renovation. I can anticipate the expenses to remedy the deficiencies with the information I received from the inspection report.

On the day of the inspection, she showed up to the property early, and we were able to start without delay.
