We bought a house from Cindy, she was the sellers agent. She’s was extremely difficult and pressured us the entire time with her friends, mothers life. The only reason this sold cash and quickly is because she was calling my very sweet agent every day to threaten her that the mother/owner was in poor health and could “die any minute” so we better pay cash instead of applying for a conventional loan like we really wanted to as our budget for renovation is tight. She was very aggressive with our friend who tested the well on inspection day. I’m not going to go into every detail that happened throughout the process but I found her extremely manipulative and shady. Then I get this in my mailbox. This ad is dishonest and makes it seem like she did anything more than make it as difficult as poss
