We’ve had a great experience with Priority Property management. Nelson, in particular, has been outstanding. He is always quick to return our calls and genuinely eager to help with any issues that come up. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and responsible. Knowing we can count on him gives us real peace of mind. We truly appreciate the support and professionalism.

I have rented at the same location for numerous years. Although rent has increased over that amount of time, it has never increased at an unreasonable rate, which is something I have heard happen to many people who have rented at other properties in Harrisonburg. Over the course of several years, I have also had numerous requests for various minor maintenance tasks. The property managers have always been professional and responded to my requests in a timely manner. I have also always paid my rent on time and never had any issues. Last month I happened to make a mistake by transferring funds between my accounts before the rent was processed which resulted in the rent technically being late. I spoke to Nelson. Mike, Bladimir and the rest of the team have been wonderful to work with through what had been a very tricky time and situation for us. Honest, sincere, straight forward, all present and not necessarily expected. Their ability, and desire, to work with us over and over has become a very pleasant memory. If you don’t own a plow don’t move into their Properties. Spent 6 hours digging my car out, no one leaving for days without the neighborhood coming together to push cars out of the lot, the plows cleared a thin path but piled ice ontop of everyone’s cars! Multiple neighbors have called and had to park miles away and get rides because our lot is so full of ice. RIDICULOUS! You’d get better service in a tent.
