A special thank you to loan Rep Melissa and Jon Monge Processor, for the work they put into our loan process. Jon spent overtime on this one as the bank had frozen our acct due to fraud, and USBank was making the last two payments late thru their payment center which nearly ruined my credit score. Jon went above board in having me write explanation letters and making calls to necessary lenders. He guided us thru the process with care. I do believe I have a low interest rate too.
