Princeton Place Apartments

When I was living there a guy was shot and died about 40-50ft from my apartment door. I sent the manager at the time Don 2 letters telling him I was going to be away for awhile and to call my emergency contact on my application to get my things (since I had no access to a phone) he did not respond even after sending him 2 letters. When I was able to get out there, Don's response was he never got any letters and that he knew nothing about where ALL OF MY PERSONAL PROPERTY went. Every single piece of my personal property was gone, stolen rather because of management's negligence, incompetence, and ignorance. Don is a nice guy and I always respected him too, but because he allowed this to happen... yeah so that respect I had for him, gone instantaneously.

A regular apartment complex. Your stuffs safe I dig the studio apt. The o site manager & maintanace guy . They're top notch gentlemen. I lea e them to work alone in my place & not worry about a thing good place 2 live nobody messes w me or mine

Me and my cats love it here, cute, small but not too small. 5⭐️

The management is excellent. Never a problem and things get fixed immediately if possible.

Say no to speed bumps
