Princeton Parc Apartments

We have been here 4 months and we love it! The community is quiet but welcoming. We dealt with a lot of noise issues at our previous place but here, we dont hear hardly anything from our neighbors. The spacious layout and high ceilings make the apartment feel more like a home. We love that the community is off of the main road and how well the grounds are maintained. The amenities are great, especially the gym.

On behalf of my daughter who is a tenant, I wanted to Thank Kelvin and Tony Camacho Who went beyond the call of duty to help my daughter fix her dryer. My daughter is a single parent with two small children with tons of laundry to do and when I told these gentlemen, the situation that she needed help right away, they immediately jumped on this request and I’m happy to say her washing machine and dryer are working in fine thanks to these two gentlemen. My experience Was horrible the office manager Gary is amazing professional kind and very patient with the tenants however Sydney Norris she is a monster she is not professional she speaks to the tenants with disrespect and she also treats you as if you’re less than it’s been a horrible experience from the day that I moved into this place without air conditioning for three days I am moving onto bigger and better things God is good all the time

My husband and I lived at Princeton Parc for one calendar year; we moved to FL from WV in 2023. We relied heavily on others reviews for apartments when looking as we did not have in-person access to the area we were moving to. Positives of Princeton Parc 1. Maintenance -Requests were addressed promptly and the crew did what they could to provide long-term solutions with the tools they had. 2. Location -Very close to grocery stores, malls, and still has a secluded feel. 3. Pool/Clubhouse -Pool area is lush and the clubhouse is very clean, free printing is also available to residents (or was when we lived there). Negatives of Princeton Parc 1. Price of Units We paid $1750 a month for a fully-renovated, one bedroom, first floor apartment. We moved to a 3/3 townhouse which is walking distanc

I have lived at Princeton Parc for 2 years almost 3, the front office of Mrs.Sidney and Gary are absolutely wonderful . Any situation that might come up from time to time they find a solution quickly. The maintenance team , well those guys are phenomenal they are quick to respond and explain everything in detail . This apartment complex has a wonderful , experienced team leading the way to keep the residents safe , and happy. I really enjoy living here !!!!!!
