Princeton Orchards Apartments

I loved this community and it was one of my good decision to move here in this community during Covid-19 lockdown time and this place helped my family to safely use all outdoor activities like long tennis, badminton, walking, swimming and soccer also. I have been living here for the past 2.5 years & I really want to appreciate the service / maintenance team as they fix the things in a timely manner and for certain situations / emergencies, they visit on weekends also. The property manager is very helpful to coordinate and takes care of everything. I have attended few community events at clubhouse not only in summer but also during winter and I was thrilled and enjoyed them. We called Princeton Orchards our home for 10 years. It is a wonderful community to live in. Has a host of amenities like tennis courts, fitness center , swimming pool , clubhouse and outdoor recreational area. They recently added EV charging stations on premises . All apartments come with an in home washer and dryer . There is onsite parking and if you are a pet lover , fret not ,as Princeton Orchards is pet friendly! The Property Manager is very efficient and makes sure every maintenance request is handled promptly and in a professional manner. Every year , the community gets together for annual events like Diwali, Valentine’s Day and New Year celebrations. We have valuable in house events like CPR demos to help the residents . These are really great apartments in very convenience location in Dayton. The surrounding is so green and nature friendly. Apartments are spacious. Management is friendly and always available to address any repairs. The community has recreational areas including swimming pool, tennis court, and community hall. I would highly recommend these apartments.

I found this place online and manager was very accommodating and gave the best apartment. Maintenance is very easy to find and fixed the issues quickly.. recommend to be here for further ..

We’ve been living at Princeton Orchards for seven years, and it’s been a really comfortable and practical place for us. The open spaces and green areas make it feel peaceful and not crowded like some other complexes. They recently added plenty of EV chargers, which is great since I’m planning to get an electric car soon. I work from home a few days a week, and the clubhouse with its Wi-Fi and workstations has been a nice change of place. The rent-controlled apartments are another reason we’ve stayed so long—the renewal increases are small, which is rare these days. My son has made great friends here and doesn’t want to move, so we’re planning to stay and not buy a house until he finishes middle school.
