Our experience with Princeton Management has been extremely disappointing. Though having rented from various landlords for over 10 years in Ohio, Massachusetts, and now North Carolina, we did not expect the level of neglect we encountered. We moved into the apartment in August after paying an extra month to secure it before our move from Massachusetts. Upon entering, it was evident that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned since the last tenants. There was filth and grime on the floors, kitchen cabinets, and bathrooms. Additionally, there were several items in disrepair, including marker stains on bathroom fixtures, stair rails, and the rug, and an oven that did not work properly. When we brought our concerns to the landlord, they admitted they hadn’t visited the apartment since the last ten

We moved to Morganton NC over 2 yrs ago now and we had the pleasure of working with Thomas though our move from Graham NC. If we ever have an issue, they get on it and if it's after hours or a Holiday Princeton Management will do the best they can to get the problem resolved. We have been very pleased renting from them and looking forward to many years to come.

We are current tenants and very happy with the services they have provided to us for over 5 years. If I need assistance I do not hesitate to reach out and they are always responsive to our inquiries. Princeton is a great company that cares!
