Princeton Lakeview Apartments

Good place to live! I liked being so close to the lake and the really pretty hiking trail along it (you can walk to Princeton if you like walking as much as I do!), the surroundings were pretty nice and quiet and green, the apartments are good with plenty of space (at least the one-bedroom, the studios are obviously smaller). The kitchens/bathrooms are pretty old, but they're fine, everything works, having central AC is great. Sometimes my neighbors were noisy, but I could only hear the apartment below me, not the one next to me, and I think that happens everywhere. Management is fine, stuff got fixed/replaced when needed, I got the full deposit back when I moved out. I lived there for 8 years and I recommend it.

Place is constantly falling apart and in need of repairs. Walls and floors are paper thin so you hear everything your neighbors do (I've frequently been woken up by the sounds of the upstairs neighbor's footsteps, their alarm clock and vaccuum cleaner). Management brags about it being close to Princeton, but the apartments are separated by a river and the highway so you have to drive 15 minutes to get there. Nothing is walking distance except a gas station convenience store, and everything else is at least a 10 minute drive. Because it's right next to an entrance to Route 1 the traffic always spills over to the apartments. You'll get stuck in traffic when doing any kinds of errands.
