Regret moving here. Can't wait to leave. This place isn't what it was back in 2015 management is running this place into the ground no one cares here. To much to put on here but it's horrible. Just moved in May 2025 and repacking my things already.... mantinance involved with residents, office targeting residents making people's life unbearable, lantern flies are abundant Can't enjoy any kind of outdoors life, have to clean my own gutters because the trees are not kept up right and it floods my entire outside, we all here trim our own bushes, and yet we don't get paid for .trash dumpsters are finally being emptied but the rats are definitely not looking starved, branches fall on my car from these over grown sick trees, that's just some things going on here. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND
I'm posting this in hopes of saving the next person from having to deal with the nightmare that this place is. I moved here in may of 2024 and ever since my first night I've been complaining of my neighbor playing loud music until 3am. It's so loud I would wake up out of my sleep. Management then told me to call the police which I did 3 times. I also complained a handful of times more. Nothing was done for 5 months. The second issue is I was moved into a unit with extreme mold growth that management then tried to cover up. I said something about the mold 2 weeks in. I was told "everything was new" and "theres more mold outside". I then started noticing mold growth on my personal clothing items and all over my belongings. I told maintenance and this time they said "you must be dragging in m
I've lived at Princeton Court twice, once in an efficiency for a year, and once in a one-bedroom for 3 1/2 years. Both times have been excellent. I've always felt safe and secure there, with management being very in tune and in touch with all the tenants. Rachel and George (manager and maintenance, respectively) are always kind, helpful, and attentive. Any maintenance issues I ever had were taken care of immediately, even after hours once for an emergency. They are the only affordable place I could find to rent that allowed large dogs, and they treated both me and my dog so kindly every time we were out. I love the private entrances and that there's nobody living above or below me. I would highly recommend Princeton Court to anyone looking to rent in Frederick!
I moved into a studio unit only to realize they did not bother fixing the kitchen counter before I moved in. The unit was gross for the price. They placed 2 big trash bins right outside my unit. Often when you walk out you need to put up with the smell. The lamppost outside my unit was broken. it was extra dark. they said they can't fix it and I need to wait for a few months. I ended my lease early because I couldn't put up with this place anymore. it just looked like a dump. broken ramp. broken lamppost. bad services. how they deal with your complaints is telling you to pay more and move to a more expensive unit. no way. I'm paying more else where. dream on. it's like they are saying you are paying less so you get what you pay for. I asked them to lower my penalty fee because there were p
I lived here for 6 months during a transition period and had the absolute best experience. The neighborhood is quiet, made great friends, and Junior and George immediately took care of a garbage disposal issue i had. I really liked that I was able to cut my lease short for a fee because I wasn't sure how long I would be there. They allowed my dog which is huge for me!
