Primex Management

My experience with Primex has been overall disappointing. There is a lack of competence in handling the core responsibilities of property management, especially when it comes to financial oversight and property care. Most things require follow up. To see results, it is primarily on the residents to get it done. The company has demonstrated an ongoing inability to maintain a budget. Poor planning and misallocation of funds have led to frequent, unexpected special assessments — often the result of shoddy or incomplete work that needs to be redone. It’s incredibly frustrating to see homeowners repeatedly asked to pay more, with little explanation or tangible improvement in return. Absolutely horrible management company. Stay away. Insane assessments that happen constantly with lack of communication. Buildings are not well maintained. Nothing works, constantly getting lied to. Forget about calling them for any help or updates they’ll just make you feel awful. People living without AC for days and nothing is done about it. Total scam.

Great customer service. I love using their payment portal to autopay my condo fees (HOA dues). They're doing a great job managing my condo in Miami Beach.
