Eric is the Best!!! We both bought our new home with him and he also helped sell our previous home for above asking price. Eric is very personable but also very knowledgeable. He was ever so patient and informative as we looked at house after house trying to find our perfect home. He helped point out features of homes as well as any potential issues. He is quick to respond to any questions as well being readily available to look at homes and being an excellent negotiator.
