Yvonne really made the entire process easy and helpful! There were many times either early in the morning or later in the evening I would have questions/concerns and Yvonne was always willing to respond or call me and helped me stay on track or even communicate with the builder. When it came to looking at houses she had all the best questions to ask and always had my best interests in mind! She was able to provide me with a lot of resources and people to get in contact with for different things I needed as well. By far one of the best choices going through this home buying process was choosing her to help me through this journey! Definitely would choose Yvonne again to help me when the time comes for a new house.

James was stellar in selling our home in Corpus Christi both with communication and negotiating on our behalf. We live in another state and relied heavily on James to make our place presentable for the market, he frequently kept us updated on how things were going with a call, text or email.

We leased a home for over 2.5 years brokered by Prime Real Estate. We left the home spotless and fulfilled the lease. We had the home professionally cleaned. The “landlord,” Angela did not return our deposit, nor will give an itemized statement for the deductions from our deposit. The owners would frequently enter the home without any prior authorization or notice. It was excessive and almost scary. We kept a very clean and well maintained home so besides the non existent privacy, we didn’t raise a big ruckus. She opened government mail addressed to us after moving out before forwarding the mail to us. Please be aware of renting from her, if you want ANY kind of privacy.
