I have recently gone through a really bad experience with Prime Metropolis . Based on my dealings with the leasing agent, I can loudly tell that they are LOOTERS. I would like to share my experience in Seattle wherein I have rented a condo through Prime Metropolis. They took $$$ as deposit amount.While ending the lease the agent told they will give back a reasonable amount as we have maintained the apartment in a good state. We had to follow them up for nearly two months about the deposit amount and in the end they simply deducted almost entire amount which was in no way acceptable to any person in right state of mind. This is simply LOOTING IN DAYLIGHT. Worst management I have ever dealt with(Without any professional ethics). Never Ever go with Prime Metropolis.
