This company, if you can call it that, is very unprofessional and unresponsive. I had to file several complaints with SC Department of Consumer Affairs about their mishandling of HOA regulations. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Mary Ellen Perreta is the worse and should never be employed by anyone.

My husband and I were needing something pretty quickly because we were pregnant and needed a starter home for our growing family. Seeing we really didn't have much of a rental history, Don was nice enough to work with us and get us into a small cute 3 bedroom house. We stayed there for 2 years then decided to move back closer to my parents and get a much needed bigger house since our family is about to grow even more. I especially liked that they took care of our front yard with the Hoa fees we payed. We are truly grateful to them for helping us and giving us our first family home. The home we brought our son home too after he was born and he had many first in.

This has to be the most unprofessional company ever. My dad is doing rent to own for year from them, and they never answer the phone, never returns calls, doesn’t answer the door when they are clearly sitting inside. Also claims that he has late fees but when you ask them what the amount is, they can’t tell you. The receptionist is extremely rude and think she knows everything and doesn’t want to go get the correct information and comes up with lies when the actual people that deals with the homes are sitting in the office. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone to rent or buy from these people. It’s also bad when the sewer company and tax office knows that the company is a hot mess. If I could give 0 stars they would definitely get a 0.

Avoid Prime HOA at all costs if you value a well-maintained neighborhood and responsible management. Firstly, the common areas, which should be well-maintained and inviting, have been utterly neglected. Our neighborhood had been in an ongoing dispute with Prime to show how the account was being managed. Prime was very good at fines but were Terrble at customer service, quality concern issues, and responding to inquiries. They finally released our community from their services but refused to make it a smooth transition. They refused to provide our newly established homeowner association with adequate records and they promptly turned off our neighborhood lights, without ensuring a transfer had occurred. From my experience with this company, they are reckless concerning community safety and do not meet the professional expectations to act as a community association.
