Jeff was great— the only great part of the process with PRMI. Stacy was particularly difficult to deal with. She was constantly rude over the phone and via email. She actually spelled my fiancé’s name wrong on a few documents and got angry/ weird when he refused to sign them (because it wasn’t his name). For some reason, she even dug up somewhere I lived in college and wanted me to sign a form saying I never lived there (which I couldn’t because I rented that apartment in college). She required my college transcripts in order to pre-qualify me for my mortgage. We— my employer, my fiancé, and myself alike— have never heard of such a thing! Ridiculous.
