Pridgen Enterprises

I've only been with Pridgen for seven months, but Rachel made my transition smooth. I don't know who needs to see this, but please don't ever let Rachel leave. She is an amazing person with a friendly, professional and respectful attitude. She's well knowledgeable, when it comes to her job and she responds to any and all questions in a timely manner. If I could give her more stars I would. Keep up the good work Rachel. Byron and Colt installed a new dishwasher. They did a very good job. It was professional and there were no signs of trash left behind. Byron informed me step-by-step of what they were going to do. I appreciated that.

I just have to applaud Rachel for helping when my central AC went out. I submitted a maintenance request, and she said if AC guy didn't make it by the end of the day to let her know and she would have someone bring window units. I texted her that same day around 4 pm saying that I needed the window units, and not even an hour later someone showed up and installed them for me. It was unbelievably hot and humid outside at the time, so she is really a life saver.

I Just wanna say Bryan and the others do a fantastic job. I wanna say Thank you and appreciate everything y'all do for me. Pridgen Enterprise I want to say I love being with y'all plus I wouldn't want to be anywhere else's I am happy with my home . I want to thank Mr. Dan Pridgen helping me and giving me a home and helping me y'all all are terrific. God bless you all .

My house is very nice and spacious. Rachel has been very professional and has helped me quickly with any issues I have had. I. ust moved here from New Orleans and an happy I was able to find affordable housing quickly thanks to Pridgen Enterprises.

Been super pleased with them as landlords and property managers over the years. Honestly the best people I've ever rented from. Byron is the absolute best and fastest with maintenance, and Rachel in the office really does care and works hard to make sure everyone's happy with their living situation. Overall great people. Just also wanted to update my review from earlier to say again that this company is a great one to do business with. Rachel and Doug both do a great job with their tennants/customers and are extremely helpful and responsive. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
