Ashley Hill is an excellent real estate agent to work with, especially if you're a real estate investor or looking to list and sell your real estate portfolio. You won't find a more professional and hard working realtor in the Cleveland market and is an excellent example for her brokerage and to bums like me, who are working with buyers even dumber than myself!!

I appreciate the professionalism and positive insight provided by Ms. Prettyman and her team. The team provide updates on my home buy process in a timely manner. Lastly, Prettyman & Associates does not pressure you into purchasing a home that is anything short of perfect for you. The agent showcases several homes across the county and was patient & understanding.

Working with Genie and her team was SUCH a fantastic experience. When you tell them what you want, they understand the assignment and get to work! Literally my only good experience with a group project, EVER lol. These folks are quick, efficient, communicative, and handled practically everything for me--leaving me confident in their services so that I could focus on packing and organizing for my next move. 10/10, 5 glowing stars, shining recommendations all around; I cannot recommend them enough!!

Latisha glover (WARNING) is the worst , not for her client but for herself , she lost my money that i put down ,she told me i had to go under contract just to look at a house , she took advantage of me because it was my first time buying property , if i was you stay away from this person ...and if the company backs a person who is willing to trap a person in a deal where they trying to get you to buy a house with structual damadges then i wouldnt go with prettyman and associates ...if i could give the a -5 i would ...the worst ever
