Prestonwood Apartments

I’ve lived here fa 1year and half and had no problems at all until we moved in a friend into these apartments and every since she moved in we had problems with her and everything went to da office multiple times even went to Alex and he never once did anything abt it all he kept sayin was ima handle it and never did these apartments are no good and da people who work at da office are no good either including Alex he was nice and everything at first buh after a while he just started choosing sides and he choose her side and we are da ones who had to move out of our apartment dat we called home dis girl had somebody break our window to our apartment and he still ddnt do anything abt it he kept saying oh yea she’s gona get kicked out ima kick her out buh he lied and never did anything abt it

I called in with a few questions, and right away Carolina answered with such a friendly and positive attitude. She explained everything I needed to know without her rushing or making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how patient and professional she was throughout the entire conversation.

My experience was with Alex he made sure the transition of my nephew went smooth everything Alex said he would do he owned up to it. Also when my nephew had any service request that was submitted Alex made sure the matter was taken care of. I love how Alex handle business got the job done. 5 stars from me

I’ve been living here since 2022 and absolutely love it! The community is welcoming and peaceful, and everything I need is conveniently nearby. One of the best parts about living here is Jorge, the manager—he’s truly amazing! Always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and taken care of. This place really feels like home thanks to him

I recently toured Prestonwood Apartments, and it was a great experience. Andrea gave me the tour, and she was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and really took the time to show me everything. The property was well maintained , quiet, and well-kept. I left feeling confident that this would be an awesome place to live. Highly recommend checking it out — and ask for Andrea!
