Prestige Pavilion

My 1st apartments in Philadelphia & Brook & the team they made it an easy transition. Moved in beginning of summer & the AC in my place was great. Was worried about critters & such but haven’t seen anything more than a centipede. (Also great insulation now that it’s getting colder.) They keep the general areas clean, very good with communication. Also, any maintenance request gets answered within 24 hours or less. They’re also great with pets & ensuring everyone is respectful in my building. Looking forward to staying for a few years god willing.

I have now stayed in 2 different PP apartments, spanning 4 years and I'd tell anyone to rent from them. The ticketing system and maintenance is the best I've ever seen. Issues get fixed in actual minutes, someone is over instantly. The portal makes rent easy. Everything is great. I can't say enough.

Had a wonderful experience with Brooke, who helped me find a space that exceeded my expectations. She is a kind soul, who is authentic and real when it comes to transparency. I felt comfortable expressing my questions and concerns with her when apartment searching, and she always responded openly with her honesty. She is a gem within the community; she cares about helping people not just find a place, but find a place they can feel safe and can call a home. She goes above and beyond! Very grateful for the experience I've had with her. A very wonderful lady!

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn't be happier! The place is fantastic, and the management made the entire process seamless. Touring the apartment was organized and informative, and I felt welcomed every step of the way. Plus, maintenance is incredibly responsive and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience! Title: Great Apartments, Great People. I've been living at Prestige for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it! The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained. When I moved in, everything was clean and in perfect working order. The big windows in my unit let in so much natural light. But what truly makes them special is the management team. The entire staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. They're always willing to go the extra mile to help out, whether it's fixing a minor issue in the apartment or recommending fun things to do in the neighborhood. They even organize social events for residents, which is a great way to meet your neighbors and feel like part of a community. Love this place!
