Chris and PHS were awesome to work with! We house hunted for ages and their homes just stood out to me in quality and style. We are so happy in our beautiful home and Chris even had some minor issues fixed free of charge after we moved in. It’s so hard to find companies that stand by their quality and work nowadays, but Chris and Prestige Home Solutions is the exception!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I attempted to take this company to small claims court due to damages done to our property on their behalf. When we attempted to resolve the issue, they refused to take responsibility, forcing us to take them to small claims. Rather than addressing the matter, they evaded legal proceedings for three months instead of doing the right thing. Throughout the process of many attempts to serve them legal papers (over 3 months) - instead of improving their business practices, they removed those reviews and replaced them with new & more favorable ones to mislead potential customers. Previously, they had nearly 10 one-star reviews on Google (you can tell that most 5 star reviews are more recent and in the time frame of this posting) and several more on the Bett

It's been two years since I purchased my home and after several issues I've needed to address because of the the renovation, I figured I'd try to warn people that this company may cut corners. I was quite upset when first posting a review, but the owner has reached out and certainly doesn't seem malicious. The house is beautiful and I suppose reasonably priced for a ridiculous market. I'd still encourage buyers to have a thorough and highly-rated home inspector go over everything before purchasing.
