Toured the property the ladies in the office were all so nice. I love that all amenities such as the 24 hour gym and 24 hour Amazon lockers are so convenient. The pool is so beautiful!! Can’t wait to hang by the pool with my family. Definitely lease here you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been at this apartment for almost a year and I must say it has been a really rewarding experience. I’m so happy for Mellisa on the new promotion because she has been very intentional and helpful throughout my stay here. I am looking forward to renewing my lease with them again. They’re, really busy with work load sometimes but I have to say I respect their attentiveness and determination. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice apartment to stay with a great management team. Go see Mellissa today really nice lady.

Melissa was such an amazing light in helping us get set up in our new place. The prices are fantastic, new appliances, beautiful floors, spacious rooms with a modern feel, sleek design in lighting/fixtures- and a huge kitchen with plenty of cabinets and storage space! 10/10 recommend!

Yes.. hi and hello.. Just letting y'all know that elevators in section 4400 apartments are not working.. again. This is the 4th day I believe. Can we get those elevators repaired please. Why does it take so long to resolve? Your staff is aware of issue.. I mean.. they do trash and maintenance correct??? Can we get them serviced please. Thank u Why are they always breaking down is my real concern! I hope that nobody ever gets stuck in them .. God forbid..

These apartments are not up to par with anything. Ever since my girlfriend and I moved here in November of 2024, we have had nothing but problems here. Maintenance is slow to respond to work orders, fire alarms go off for no reason, especially when we're not notified and it scares my son while he is asleep or playing, and we make complaints about our neighbor downstairs banging on the ceiling when our son is playing when we noticed and reported a weak spot in the flooring in our master bedroom and they never done anything to get this resolved. When people park in reserved spots, knowing they will get reported, towing takes forever to arrive, and even when it does, the car has already left. Also, we find black mold in the toilets, and these apartments use old wood, which attracts silverfish
