Presidium Revelstoke

I’ve been living here going on four months and when I tell you, these apartments are so amazing! From the move in process to being shown the amenities, The staff, maintenance, etc. all around the board are phenomenal! Carlee has been a great help! i’ve personally had the pleasure of being helped by her with minor concerns when it came to registering my vehicle with the apartments she’s even offered to do it for me to make sure I got it done the right way ! Her and Stephanie are always on the Go! They are always smiles and laughs when you see them ! I have nothing but Good to say about the staff and the living environment when it comes to presidium Revelstoke! I love it here ❤️

I have been living here over a year now and couldn’t be more happy all around, from the office staff to maintenance & location. When I first came in, looking for a place in 2025, I needed a place asap and Abbee helped me find my place very quickly and at the best price I had seen anywhere else. Forward to a year later, I had resigned my lease for my 1 bedroom but needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom and Abbee again, stepped in without any problems or hesitation and found me a new place instantly, exactly what I was looking for! She is an Awesome Manager and always looking out to help and keep the residents happy. I would 100% recommend this place!! Great Staff, Great Manager. Thank you Abbee!

I just toured this community and had a really great experience. Carlee and Stephanie were both super welcoming and easy to talk to from the start. The whole tour felt relaxed and informative at the same time. They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make it feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they know their stuff and actually care about helping people find the right place. The property looks great, but honestly the vibe in the office made just as much of an impression. Definitely appreciate how smooth they made the whole process.

Stephanie was great to work with. She was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She communicated clearly, stayed organized, and was always willing to answer questions or help when needed. I really appreciated her positive attitude and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend working with Stephanie and would gladly do so again in the future.

So I just want to let yall know that I Love.......it here. Management is so helpful kind and cute. They are always dressed to impress and looks professional Everytime I come in. Special shout outs to Stephanie, Charlie and Abby. Hey Yall! Beautiful community and quiet! Oh...and if yall see a one star under my name, that was a typo....lol. Hunty....if I could ,I would give 10 stars but 5 is the limit. Much love yall!
