Presidents Pointe by Stanley Martin Homes

May 15th I woke up to my ceiling leaking on the main level. I reported it to Sofia who guided me to put a request into the warranty portal. It was actively leaking with water all over the floor. Plumber came out and told me I had a hole in my roof. Apparently the siding guys accidently put a hole in the roof and did not communicate to anyone about this issue. It had poured every day that week leaving extensive water damage. I emailed back and forth about when Stanley Martin could fix this issue. They did not come out until 5/28. They couldn’t complete the repair so they put a temporary bandage on the roof. I was told all repairs inside and out would be done on June 11th. Only the roofing guys came out. I emailed again and the warranty man apologized once again and told me they could not co

I have issues with the home that were promised to be fixed BEFORE closing. We are approaching 2 years since our closing date and 1 of those items (namely a door covered with orange gunk) has yet to be fixed. I now have Todd saying that because he came into this position after our closing, he will not honor the agreements made by the person prior. This, on top of the fact that we are still waiting on damages that the trades caused when working in our home to be reimbursed. The warranty process has been an absolute nightmare. Edit to Reply: I'd love for this to be made right. That starts with replacing the shower door that's filled with sediment and gunk like was promised.

It’s always damaged by the wind . You change the house shingles in back of us but NOT ours . We always get damage by the wind since we bought the house.
