Presidential West

Presidential West offers some very nice apartments that are very clean, quiet, and great for children. I love living here!!

They are very nice in quiet and I love it so much in the people an officer are very nice in they fix suff fast and I love them and they are so sweet to me

I'm very thankful for the opportunity that I had with Presidential West Apartments. I have been a resident for 3 1/2 years, and I never had a break in. Yay! The apartments are clean and very well kept. Kudos to the maintenance team for a job well done. Also, the apartment manager, Ms. Bonds is awesome! Don't get me wrong; she doesn't play at all. She's going to enforce the property rules. That's why it's less drama here with added security that patrols the property until 12 am. This is a smoke free property. If you're a smoker then this isn't the place for you.

I had amazing experience with the new maintenance worker Brandon... He was very quick with his response... I appreciated his great attitude, he had manors, he was very knowledgeable and capable of the job, he knew exactly what he was doing... You did real good picking this one Ms. Debra, I hope he is happy and here to stay.. Thanx again Brandon you rock

Rode through here to get some info from the friendly staff, but they have a waiting list. I hate that because the property looks very clean, so I know the inside of the units look just as good. Also, the area is quiet/peaceful, but good luck to those on the waiting list, and hope the positives of this place remains the same for years to come.
