Preserve at Pecan Creek Apartments

This property is under the same management as The Lodge At Pecan Creek. Don’t rent with them. As a resident I was NOT supported when trying to retrieve my vehicle in a towing misunderstanding. The maintenance manager called the police for advocating for my car completely ignoring that I’ve lived here almost 3 years, NEVER complained, missed a rent payment, cleaned up after my dog and abided by resident rules. I PAY for covered parking EVERY MONTH. Turns out my vehicle isn’t registered with the property after all, but paying for it to be hidden from the towing company under PAID covered parking is best practice I suppose. You’d think I’d get more than “there’s nothing we can do.” Management refused to listen or assist and continued to quote “rules and policy.” I was told I was being rude f

I stopped by as a walk-in with no appointment, and the service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. Frankie and Sandra went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with all of my questions. The apartments I toured were extremely clean, smelled great, and even came with welcome gifts — including a griddle, which was such a nice touch! Overall, the experience was smooth, pleasant, and far better than I expected. Highly recommend checking this place out!

As new residents, we’ve had an extremely positive experience. Our leading agent, Frankie, was incredibly helpful from the day we toured the complex. Upon moving in, any issues were solved immediately by Carlos and the phenomenal maintenance team. They’ve been exceptionally accommodating of us and have helped us feel at home. With a convenient location, great amenities like a gym and pool, and friendly staff, I can strongly recommend the preserve as great place to live in Denton/Corinth

I got extremely sick living here. There was mold throughout all ac/heater ducting. Mold underneath every single vent cover and on the drywall around the vent covers. But it was underneath them so on first inspection you couldn’t see it. The only way to see it would be to remove the vents and visually inspect. There was also mold in the bathroom on the backside of the vanity and on the backside of the cabinet above the toilet. I am still recovering many years later from living here. I will probably be paying with my health for the rest of my life from living here. This place is a major public health hazard. Do not move here!!!! I write this review out of care for my fellow humans, please be safe.

I just went to inquire about an apartment. Sandra was amazing, but the leasing manager was rude. She went out of her way not to speak and she was combing her hair/putting on lip gloss instead of welcoming potential new residents. She caused me to change my mind on considering this complex. I don't remember her name, but she is the heavy set one to the left after you walk into the leasing office. Her demeanor is off putting and negative. Find another job if you are miserable and can't be a professional.
