I’ve been living here for almost 4 months. I must say great community. This is my first apartment and Aziza has helped me the whole time! Never once got tired of my questions or even calling in when needing help with other inquiries. Overall this is a great apartment complex. I have no complaints. If you move here or plan on it ask for Aziza!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and so far my experience has been great. The application and move-in process went smoothly, and Aziza was truly with me from start to finish—handling the tour, the application process, the approval, and all of the paperwork. She explained everything clearly to make sure I wasn’t confused about any of the small nuances. She’s incredibly personable, and honestly, the office is lucky to have her. Yohanna and Lisa were also very helpful, especially when I ran into issues with GA Power, while Aziza was out of office. Their support made a big difference during the transition. From the moment I first arrived, the community felt welcoming and peaceful. I applied the same day and was approved quickly, and every interaction since then has been just as smooth. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, especially Aziza. She deserves all the praise; she’s incredibly attentive, patient, and made the whole process feel easy. The property itself looks well-kept, quiet, and safe. I’m excited to move in soon! So far, it’s been a great experience.

I would like to say how happy I am to call this place home. We toured the unit last Friday where we met Aziza. Aziza was such a pleasure to work with and provided us an awesome tour of any unit we wanted to see. We never felt rushed and she answered all of our questions. We decided to apply that Saturday and the process was so easy. We did have a few questions and Aziza was out of the office but Andrea stepped in answered them promptly and professionally. We moved in this past Friday and again the process was seamless. Aziza had everything ready prior to my arrival which truly made my day. The unit was very clean and we love it here!!! We are so happy to call this complex home and are so very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the staff!
