Preserve at Emerald Pines

We had my cousins engagement party there. Beautiful room, very nice bright. We had fun!

I lived in this regency with my family for about 3 years . My experience for living in this house was welcoming during the first year as they were finishing the renovations for other houses , I was able feel at peace coming back at a quiet home . I checked out the clubhouse and there were other residents sharing it along with me and they were friendly with me at first . Then I left during my travels for work and I heard some disrespectful stories of certain residents kicking my little cousin out for not allowing her to use the pool . During my last year of staying at that regency I have walked into the pool with my friends twice around sunset time , to not just swim in the pool but to hangout and enjoy my time there , we were also kicked out . Rules are rules . I abide from them

In touch for almost a year and went there 5 times. Spent months reviewing the models. I scheduled a meeting in March with a deposit in hand. I met with a salesperson who had few answers for many questions.She cut the meeting short to catch a ride to the airport? The next day a sales manager called to see how everything went, I explained it was a waste of time. I wanted to leave a deposit on a particular home site for one of their bigger units. I was told that home site was to be released soon and I would be notified when available . Two weeks later I saw this site I was waiting to be called on was on deposit. They explained they were working with a buyer who bailed out on a early delivery unit and the site I was waiting on was a better fit for them and there is 190 sites for sale. That is

Visited some friends that live there. Seems like an excellent adult community with a lot of extras. Clubhouse, pool, pickle ball, etc. Their unit is very nice and seems to be very well constructed.

Invited to a get together here. People were awesome. Place is clean, well maintained, great amenities!
