The communication with the property management is horrible. You have to constantly follow up to get any response. Same issue with the corporate office. Everything in the units are outdated. The HVAC systems are horrible and there is zero insulation in the apartments making your BGE extremely high. BGE did an energy inspection and stated the HVAC system was not replaced as recommended and the system was extremely old. I notified the office and nothing happened. My BGE bill averaged $300 monthly on the low end. HVAC filters were never replaced every 3 months as it should have been. When I notified the office I was not renewing my lease I didn't receive any response. I had to send several follow up emails. The day of the final walkthrough no one showed up even though we communicated on a set

Thank you for giving me a place to stay and allowing me and my daughter to have a nice roof over top of our head. We truly appreciate and I do my best to take care of where I live at. I really enjoy going over to the rental office, talking to the staff and having a cup of coffee. I truly enjoy the fact that they love doing things for our community and taking care of the property. So again, thank you for giving us the place to stay

The area is good and mostly quiet but the apartment’s management is something else. The management change ever so often and each one has a different attitude towards tenants. I’ve lived here for about 3years because I don’t want to change my child’s school but it’s been 3 years of annoyance. I moved from a one bedroom to 2 bedroom in this same apartments and the manager treated me like I walked in fro the streets, she only gave me 3 days to move. Plus that she did not change the carpet in the apartment! And it was well worn. Everything in this apartment is completely worn, obsolete and dilapidated. Thank God the maintenance is more responsive now. We get stuff fixed as we go. It’s been tough living here.

They are "aware of the problem" but they havent lifted a finger trying to solve the cockroach infestation. I'm talking i kill 30+ roaches a day. if they did they would have acted in the third of a year they've had to do something.

Update: maintenance is still decent, doing their best… but this community is trash. People go into each building and smoke up the utility closets- literally that’s what I’m coming home to with my small child. Even though it’s a “smoke-free” community. The past few months items were stolen off the patio, so you can’t keep anything personal or decorative because it gets trashed or stolen. People come into our complex and dump any and everything. I’m at a loss for words with this place. Idk if it’s the tenants, past tenants or their guests or kids bringing their friends but this place is treated like trash and the people coming and going are acting the same way.
