Don't move here! The apartment manager and landlord are awful, not understanding at all. The landlord is just greedy and the apartment manager is a control freak with a passive aggressive attitude. It felt like prison living there for 5 years... place is outdated and when fixed they replace appliances with used appliances that aren't the best. The buildings are infested with ants and they don't fix the issue. They kicked my kids, my pets, and I out with 8 days notice because I was 2 months behind on rent from health issues and emergency surgery. I told them I would pay them with my tax return which was coming in 2 weeks after they kicked us out in the below zero weather. Then gouged me for cleaning, removal of property left and all that. Initially, I was drawn to here due to its seemingly convenient location. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I encountered their abysmal customer service. During the application process, I explicitly inquired about their pet policy, specifically regarding cats. I was assured by the manager Wanda that my cats would be okay. Encouraged by this assurance, I proceeded with the application process, spending valuable time and effort to prepare for the move. However, after submitting my application and eagerly anticipating a response, I was met with deafening silence. Days turned into a week, and still, there was no communication from the manager. i just want to start off… if i could give this place 0 stars, i would! WANDA needs to be fired!!! at first i thought, oh, what a great deal! she seemed so welcoming and nice. wanda delayed my move in because she was trying to deal with a bedbug infestation. moments after of talking i disclosed that i was jewish and she did not like that. she called me a fat jew and pushed me down the stairs. she told me to go to back to the gas showers!!!!! i’m really trying to get my weight under control, that hurt me. i cried.
