I have lived in a building managed by this company for 7 years. 7 years. That's 10% of my life spent forking over thousands of dollars a month to this company. The owner of the building is an "LLC" and will not reveal their identity to the tenants. They use a middle-man to handle day to day operations of their building and the maintenance staff are underpaid and overworked. This company couldn't care less about the well being of the tenants. Through the pandemic when there was a moratorium on evictions and tenants were protected even if they didn't pay rent, we continued to pay rent monthly, on-time, every time.
