We had a great experience working with Doug Hall of Premier Realty. He was referred to us by our son-in-law as he sold their house as well. Doug is a top-notch realtor! He walked us through the process, guided us step by step on what to do, he responds fast and answered all our inquiries. He made selling our house easy. Our buyer encountered some problems on their loan that affected the closing on the house we were buying. Doug collaborated with our buyer’s realtor and bank, and kept us updated. We actually met Doug by chance around the same time we were trying to find our realtor to sell our house. Let’s just say we couldn’t have been luckier. When he first came to look at our house, he walked through and pointed out all of the great traits as well as the potential concerns we could encounter from potential buyers. We asked a lot of questions and he had answers and solutions to everything. He is definitely very experienced and professional. Douglas Hall was the second realtor we contacted about selling our home. The first realtor provided us with a lower listing price, and wanted us to change a few items in the kitchen and a bathroom (counter tops/back splash, and update a basement bathroom). Doug didn't see it that way and confirmed our suspicion these items were up to date and did not need attention. We signed with Doug and he provided us answers to our questions. He stood firm on issues with other realtors, while looking out for our best interest. Even though our home and property were unique, Doug stayed on top of potential buyers and quickly made the sale. I highly recommend Doug! My husband and I first met Doug this summer when we had very specific needs for a new home. Doug was able to take us to many houses in various locations and was always friendly and professional. He made himself available to us whenever we needed him- whether it was driving over an hour, coming out later in the evenings, working on weekends, etc. He was also quick to answer any and all questions, including questions we had about properties (he's very good at communicating with other realtors). What I appreciated the most is that Doug stayed positive and encouraged us when we had a hard time finding "the one".
