What a wonderful experience!!!! As a first-time renter on an actual lease, this has been the easiest and quickest process. Terrance did my showing and helped me through the application process. Brandon did my move-in inspection and upon his departure he immediately put in a work order for the minor issues we ran into. Lonzo was ready to do maintenance just a couple of hours later! He was able to repair what he needed to with ease. All very professional and nice friendly guys! I highly recommend this team for any future renters! ☺️

Terrance was patient and more than helpful. I was going through a traumatic experience with the loss of my grandson Wyatt and it took me 3 weeks to complete the process of the move in. He walked me through things with grace and kindness. The apartment was clean, had new and working appliances. Megan was kind and walked me through the emails and signing process.
