Very positive experience working with premier property management. We secured a seasonal rental, working with Andrea who assisted us through the application process and resident approval through the HOA. Andrea was quick to respond to our questions and was very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the condition of the housing unit and found it to be exactly as described. Great overall experience.

We have been renting for years on Marco for over 10 years and always had great luck…until last week. We arrived at a home that was filthy and in complete disrepair! Musty smelling home, blood stains on the pillow cases, stained floors, furniture and bedding. We had to wash bedding before we could sleep there!! The musty smell affected all of our allergies terrible! There was old food in the fridge, dirty clothes in the washer, trash in the trash can and the window curtain fell off the wall while my daughter was sleeping! The small hot water tank only allowed one shower at a time and we had to wait 30 minutes in between. Any traps were in every corner of the house and we found an open sugar jar in the cabinet! There are a few practices I would recommend changes to at Premier Property Management in Naples. The first is asking for all costs upfront for a seasonal rental. I was asked this prior to being approved by the property I wanted to rent from. I noted this and asked to have the approval by the HOA first. It only makes sense. Secondly, I did not know where to get the key. I had asked a number of times, but replies were vague. On the day of arrival I was told it would be at the facility in downtown Naples. This was relayed by Diane on 1/01 in an email (I have still). Actually Diane was the best contact for us and most helpful. Fortunately the key was there onthe black drop box with my name on it. The Premier Property Management maintenance team did a great job! We moved into an older home, which had several issues (ie, gutters full, electrical issues inside and out, a hole in a wall, a missing smoke detector, toilet issues, etc) - some were basic updates, and some needed a little more attention. The PPM team was communicative, responsive, easy to work with, and accommodating of my work-from-home schedule. We truly appreciate them making the process easy and staying in touch with me throughout.
