Best property management company I've rented from so far. I've worked as a PM for 10 years and no company that I've worked for, worked with or rented from upholds resident rights or landlord responsibilities as thoroughly as Premier does. All repairs are completed same or next day; after-hours emergency calls are answered; and accommodations are made whenever possible - even when thens no apparent interest for the company to do so. Property Management is a thankless job but that doesn't stop Premier from being the best. Ill rent here as long as I live in Minnesota or until I purchase.

Huge shoutout to the entire crew at Premier! I had a situation last year in which my finances took a turn for the worst, and everyone I encountered were very empathetic towards me and my situation. Cannot thank them enough. If I had an issue, they fixed and addressed it promptly! Would definitely rent from them again.

This is the first time I have moved to a new place to live on my own and I was lucky that I found premier properties. They were so helpful from the beginning. They handed me a clean apartment and whenever there is an issue they were always on time. This summer my AC was not working and they brought a new one just on the next day. I never had a time when nobody answer my phone call, there is always someone on the other side of the phone. And when I left the apartment in September, they returned my whole deposit which is very rare nowadays. Obviously, I left my apartment super clean as same as I received from them but still most of the companies do not return the full deposit. I am super happy with them and strongly recommend them.

The apt building I live in Bloomington is great. Nice, quiet, clean building with decent neighbors and no one steals packages. They updated the garages, floors and yard in the past year. The staff are professional and nice the only minor complaint is once or twice they were not the friendliest. Otherwise my experience so far in almost a year has been great, I feel lucky to have found my apt and a good company. Another small issue was the tub doesn't drain fast with bath water but drains okay with the shower running but this hasn't caused much issues. The rest of the apartment was in good repair when I moved in. ------This building went downhill after a couple years. I have constant issues with neighbors blocking me in my garage or using my garage parking space, other neighbors cats roam

I’ve been renting with premier for about 7 years. I think they’re great! Very responsive to maintenance requests, didn’t raise my rent at all for three years during the pandemic times, and after that it was just a very small increase. My building is clean, quiet, and secure. They take care of the snow early in the morning and take good care of the grounds in the summer. Can’t really ask for much more!
