Oh where can i start? I have so much great things to only say about Living at Premier on Woodfair. For I genuinely have to say that im so impressed happy with the new administration. That i get this sigh of relief knowing they are here taking care or this property. Not only do they take care of the property but they have gone way above and beyond unlike any other experience that I've ever lived to known elsewhere And im serious when i say that. The New Manager, has definitely made me feel the most welcomed more so then the first manager that was here. With this new professional manager there is no comparison to her from anywhere that i lived and at any other apartments and also you can tell that the staff in the office is warm and inviting and you can genuinely feel the care from sta

Apartment pricing is great . Blanca , Raquel and Sarai are very professional and sweet. Office always busy but they still nice to help you very patiently. God bless them girls . 🥰😇🥰

Ms. Blanca and her team were amazing!! They were very patient with me concerning my dad’s move in process . Mr .Hearon was very please with the clean apartment and accommodating access for his disability need . I definitely recommend these apartments very clean and beautiful!!

I have been living in Premier Apartments for almost 4 years and I like living here, tranquility, vegetation, cleaning its facilities and the friendly treatment of administration and maintenance personnel have been important factors to make the decision to continue living here, as well as the speed and efficiency of maintenance work.

10/10 service working with ms.blanca I love the communication and the fast paced she was working with me as a first time renter so if yall wanna get into these apartments she’s the person 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
