DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY. Stephanie is the owner and she is the most unprofessional and rude agent I've ever met in this business. I went to her open house at 531 Rathbun St. Woonsocket, RI and asked her to represent me and submit a cash offer for the property which she did not do and lied to me about. I've tried to call her so many times to make sure that she has everything including proof of fund but never picked up nor returned my calls when she finally replied via text she stated that my offer was not accepted but she never sent me the offer to sign and collect my deposit or at least a copy of the check to submit to the seller. It's clear that she did not submit our offer and lied about it which is very unethical and deceitful. Worst customer service ever. DO N

Worst place ever. Realtor super unprofessional, he rush doing his job and told me my house was undervalue. I contact another realtor and told me the totally opposite.
