Troy reached back out to me about my request within 24 hours and explained the entire process too me as well as getting me scheduled for a time slot. They were on time, and answered all questions during the appraisal as well. The turn around time for the report was amazing as well. All and all a great service that I would use again.10/10.

Premier Home Appraisals is a great company. The Appraiser Jae Kim was polite, efficient, and very though with our house. He took his time answered our questions, looked in every room including the outside of the crawl space. He walked all the way to the fence in our huge backyard. I would highly recommend Jae Kim to do your home appraisal. True to his word our appraisal was done in just a few days.
